📖 The Perfect Parker — The Skyscraper Madness

🏢 Fifteen Floors

Each floor is its own garage. Clear a deck, then climb to the next — the same bet, but the building knows you're getting better.

As you climb, everything shrinks. The cars, the bays, and your margin for error. Bay width goes 21 → 15 and park tolerance goes ±14.5 → ±8.0, while the number of bays rises to 112 on the top deck. The cars themselves scale with the floor — a Van on F1 is 36 units long, on F15 it's 22.

F1 Street Level — 88 spots, 60s, 450 cars. Wide, forgiving pads.
F5 Sky Lobby — 88 spots, 34s, 534 cars. Vehicles at 89% scale.
F10 Stratosphere — 96 spots, 34s, 603 cars. Vehicles at 76% scale.
F15 Apex — 112 spots, 34s, 726 cars, vehicles at 62% scale. The thinnest bays and tightest margins in the building.

Score all fifteen decks and you've cleared the skyscraper.

🎯 Goal

You're a valet with a countdown. Park in a spot, then escape through the green EXIT. Every spot is a bet — high-value spots score more but the AI flood targets them. Park early: the AI claims spots during the waves, so grab yours before the lot fills.

🎮 Controls

↑W Forward · ↓S Reverse · ←A Left · →D Right · SPACE Park (works the whole run — park during the waves, not just at the end)

🎯 Spot Tiers

🟤 Bronze (ramp-side, easy out, cheap) · 🔵 Silver · 🟡 Gold · 🟣 Platinum (deepest in the deck, best pay). The rich pad is the far pad. Platinum is worth up to 28, but it sits furthest from the ramp — it costs you Exit Speed on the way out. Rich spot, expensive escape. Every pad prints what it pays, so you can read the bet before you take it. There is no single right answer: bronze is safe and quick, platinum is a bet you can actually win if you drive out clean.

⏱️ The Clocks

Two clocks, not one. The run clock covers all three waves — park before it hits zero. When the third block closes, it hands over to a separate extraction clock (30s on F1, 25s on F2/F3). The HUD switches from SECONDS to TO EXIT when that happens, so watch the label. Running out of the run clock without parking means you're towed.

🏆 Scoring (max 100)

You are scored on the state you leave the deck in: Spot Value max 28 · Exit Speed max 36 · Survival max 15 · Packing max 15 · Collision Avoid max 6 — exactly 100

Packing is 15 points — as much as Survival. Straight within 8° is full marks; past 40° off and you score nothing for it. Parking crooked costs you real points now, not a rounding error.

Collision Avoid is 6 points and it is real. Every clash over your car's own normal costs you. Bumping your way across the deck is no longer free.

To park: the car must be fully inside a bay and stopped. Pressing SPACE mid-turn or at speed won't take.

Survival = the clock you still had when you parked. Park early, earn it — park at the buzzer and you get almost nothing.

The valet gets you there, you park it. Tap a bay and the car drives itself to the space and stops outside it. Then it's yours: steer in, keep the line, brake, and press PARK. Arriving square is a third of your remaining score.

Extractability still appears on your scorecard as feedback — it does not cost points. A long car needs more turns to reach a bay, and it is not charged for that.

🅿️ After You Park

Once parked, your car holds its spot — the AI flood can't bulldoze you out. To move again (re-park or grab a different spot), just tap a direction key or drag the cursor away from the car. Releasing it back onto the car keeps you parked.

💡 Tips

Smart Car threads tight gaps but gets boxed in. Limo plows through but can't reach tight high-value spots. Camera follows you — use the minimap-free 3D view to spot the exit. Park early — spots fill up as the AI floods in.
